J&K woman is 1st female NCC cadet to command PM rally on Republic Day

Senior NCC cadet, captain Ulfat Khan from Uri in J&K's Baramulla district has made history by becoming the first-ever female cadet selected as Parade Commander at Prime Minister's rally at this year's Republic Day camp in New Delhi.
