Medico drowns in Maharashtra dam, friend rescued

A 20-year-old student of a medical college in Ahmednagar's Loni area drowned in the waters of Pavana dam near Thakursai village on Friday evening.Police identified the victim as Manish Shankar Sharma, 20, from Mumbai. Residents of the area managed to save his classmate, Aditya Bundele, 20, of Nagpur, from drowning.
