PM Modi highlights Kashi-Tamil Nadu creative bond

PM Narendra Modi dismissed on Sunday attempts to create a north-south divide narrative after BJP's recent victories in assembly elections in three Hindi heartland states, emphasising the deep emotional and creative bond between Kashi and Tamil Nadu, rooted in spiritual beliefs that define India as a nation. In an address at the second edition of Kashi Tamil Sangamam in Namo Ghat of Varanasi, PM Modi stressed the unity brought about by saints like Adi Shankaracharya and Ramanujacharya, who, through their travels and pilgrimages to Kashi, have contributed to India's enduring identity.
