Mustafa Duja, a country manager for a leading FMCG brand in Oman, took the 'digital fasting' challenge and abstained from using the internet for five hours daily. The challenge, organized by the Jain Foundation, aims to create awareness about the harmful effects of excessive internet usage and promote the tenets of Jainism. This year, the challenge had 6,200 participants from across the globe, including a 52-year-old participant from Pakistan. The event saw an increase in participants compared to previous years, with individuals from various countries taking part.
