Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Sunday paid floral tributes to the statue of BR Ambedkar, Chairman of the drafting committee of the Indian Constitution, at Chaura Maidan, Shimla on the occasion of Constitution Day.
