Woman moves HC to have baby with jailed husband

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has ordered a medical examination of a woman who has appealed to the court to release her husband from Indore Central Jail for a month so that they can conceive a child. The petitioner's lawyer has cited a Rajasthan High Court order which has recognized the right to procreate as a Fundamental Right.
