Punjab Cong chief minted money as mantri: Mann

After the Punjab Congress yet again refused to ally with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) despite finance minister Harpal Singh Cheema's statement that they will share seats, chief minister Bhagwant Mann on Saturday revived the 18-month-old bogey of "transport scam" to fire a warning shot at state Congress president Amrinder Singh Raja Warring.
