Chhattisgarh horror: Two sisters gangraped in Raipur, ten arrested

In a shocking incident, two sisters, including a minor (17 years), were gangraped by eight men when they were returning on a two-wheeler with their cousin after celebrating Raksha Bandhan late on Thursday evening in Chhattisgarh capital.
