A rafter, an only son, a father: 3 Punjab, Himachal Pradesh soldiers killed in Leh

Naib Subedar Ramesh Lal (41) of Faridkot’s Sirsari, Sepoy Tarandeep Singh (23) of Kamali village in Fatehgarh Sahib in Punjab and Havildar Vijay Sharma (in his mid-30s) of Himachal’s Shimla district were three soldiers from the region among nine killed in the Leh accident that took place on Saturday.
