The Congress on Friday rebutted Prime Minister's attack on former PM Indira Gandhi about her decision to use the Indian Air Force (IAF) in Mizoram in 1966. It alleged that the PM's reply to the no-confidence motion in the Lok Sabha on August 10 revealed the influence of "mischievous distorians" on his thinking.
