Delhi: Clip shows how man hit by SUV clung on to roof of moving vehicle

A few days after a 30-year-old biker died after he was allegedly hit by an SUV on Kasturba Gandhi Marg, a disturbing video of the incident surfaced on social media on Wednesday. In the video, the biker can be seen clinging to the roof of the moving car.
