Mukhtar Ansari and Afzal Ansari: How UP's Ansari brothers got convicted in related cases while original Krishnanand Rai case is still pending

Uttar Pradesh ganglord Mukhtar Ansari and his brother Afzal Ansari, also an MP, were sentenced to 10-year and four-year imprisonment on Saturday in two Gangsters Act cases filed in pursuance of investigations into the 2005 sensational murder of then BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai, in which both were accused.
