Rahul Gandhi skirts restoration of Article 370 as Congress’s Bharat Jodo Yatra ends in Jammu and Kashmir

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi-led Bharat Jodo Yatra (BJY) came to an end on Monday with a rally in Srinagar, the capital of Union Territory (UT) of Jammu and Kashmir. However, the party MP from Wayanad in Kerala repeatedly evaded questions on restoration of Article 370 for the UT.
