Mentally ill girl raped by 2 brothers in car in Thane-Belapur road, both held

Two brothers have been arrested for allegedly raping an underage girl in their car on Thane-Belapur road around 8pm on Wednesday. The 17-year-old was wandering around Rabale when the men, Akhilesh Pasi (41) and Santosh (46), led her into the car , the police said.
