India welcomes UK court's decision to junk Nirav Modi's appeal against extradition

A day after the UK high court rejected Nirav Modi's appeal against his extradition, India on Thursday welcomed the ruling and said it will continue its efforts to bring back the fugitive diamantaire.Nirav Modi is facing charges in connection with the multi-crore PNB scam."We welcome the UK high court's decision to dismiss the appeal against extradition of Nirav Modi," ministry of external affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said.
