Why JD(U)’s post on Rahul Gandhi's grandfather Feroze Gandhi is unique

The Bihar-centric political party Janata Dal (United), or JD(U), did what neither the Congress nor the members of the Nehru-Gandhi family have perhaps ever done. Out of the blue, Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar’s JD(U) wished Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s grandfather Feroze Jehangir Gandhi on the latter’s 110th birth anniversary on September 12.
