WB: MLA Mukul Roy resigns as PAC chairman

Senior TMC leader and MLA Mukul Roy on Monday submitted his resignation as chairman of the Public Accounts Committee in West Bengal assembly to speaker Biman Banerjee saying that his tenure was about to end.
