Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann takes nearly 50% of portfolios

Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has kept the home department with himself and senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Harpal Singh Cheema is the new finance minister as Mann allocated portfolios to the 10 members of his newly-constituted council of ministers.
