Suicide shadow on Assam board exams

In Abhayapuri in Bongaigaon district, a Class X board examinee committed suicide on Monday night. Though the police are yet to confirm the reason behind the death, locals said exam-related stress could be a possible trigger. The student hung himself. In another incident in Tezpur, a Class XII student committed suicide. He was a student of Darrang College and family members said he was a meritorious student.
