'Pained to see leaked letter': Kerala governor Arif Khan counters CM Vijayan's charge

A day after Pinarayi Vijayan called governor's decision to not accord sanction to convene the special session of the assembly to discuss and pass a resolution against the three contentious farm laws as "regrettable", the governor has said he is surprised to see the confidential letter of Pinarayi Vijayan finding space across the media.
