Chhattigarh bypoll: Congress wins Marwahi seat

Chhattisgarh’s ruling Congress on Tuesday wrested the Marwahi (ST) assembly constituency - a stronghold of the Jogi family for almost two decades - with its candidate winning the by-election by an impressive margin of 38132 votes in the by-election necessitated following the death of state’s first chief minister Ajit Jogi.
