Attack on 3 BJP workers in Kulgam was ‘pre-planned’, LeT behind it: IG Kashmir Vijay Kumar

IG Kashmir said that LeT terrorists behind the killing of three local BJP workers in Kulgam have been identified as Nisar Khanday and Abbas from Khudwani who was previously associated with HM (Hizbul Mujahideen) and is now with LeT.
