Bihar Assembly Election 2020: Over 18% polling till 11 am in 1st phase, voters hassled by EVM glitches

As Bihar votes in the 1st phase of elections, as many as 33.10% polling was recorded till 1 pm during the first phase of Bihar Assembly elections in 71 constituencies on Wednesday, the Election Commission said.
