MP: Congress MLA Rahul Singh Lodhi joins BJP

In a major blow to Congress a week ahead of bypolls to 28 seats, party MLA Rahul Singh Lodhi broke ranks and joined BJP on Sunday, reducing Congress to 87 seats in the 230-member assembly. BJP has 107 seats.
