Anand Teltumbde pushed ‘new’ Dalit militancy: Witness

A witness in the Elgar Parishad-Bhima Koregaon case has told the National Investigation Agency (NIA) that in a meeting, activist and academician Anand Teltumbde had made a statement about reinventing Dalit militancy as well as revolutionary resurgence under the Maoist leadership.
