Farm laws: Hold talks with farmers' organizations at highest level, HC tells Centre, Punjab government

The Punjab and Haryana high court on Wednesday asked the Punjab government and the Union government that it is their collective responsibility to hold extensive discussions at the highest level regarding the ongoing farmers’ issues and inform the court about its outcome.
