Bombay HC seeks report on interim bail pleas made, decided during the Covid-19 pandemic

The Bombay high court on Friday directed principle judges of sessions and district courts across the state to seek and submit a report on how many pleas for interim emergency bail or parole were filed, pending or disposed so far following the Supreme Court order and high powered committee guidelines to decongest jails during the pandemic.
