Japan Recalls Dietary Supplement Linked to Deaths and Hospitalizations

Kobayashi Pharmaceutical has recalled three cholesterol-lowering dietary supplements in Japan due to potential link to two deaths and over 100 hospitalizations, suspending online sales in China and Taiwan.
