ED books Chinese national Charlie Peng in Rs 1,000 cr hawala case

The ED registered the case on the basis of Delhi Police FIR lodged on September 13 in 2018. Luo was arrested by the Income Tax Department last week. He is still being questioned by Income Tax for money laundering and hawala connection.
