Federal agents will be on standby in Seattle, but Mayor Durkan says they’re not being sent to crack down on protesters

Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan said the Department of Homeland Security assured her federal forces would not be sent to clamp down on demonstrators as they have in Portland.
