Explosions seen on outskirts of Stepanakert

Various explosions could be seen on the outskirts of Stepanakert in the Nagorno-Karabakh area early Friday morning. Nagorno-Karabakh lies within Azerbaijan but has been under the control of ethnic Armenian forces backed by Armenia since a war there ended in 1994.
