Rocket fire hits Nagorno-Karabakh maternity clinic

A maternity clinic has been damaged in the Azerbaijani city of Stepanakert after the city was hit by rocket fire. There were no reports of deaths at the hospital. Both Armenia and Azerbaijan have accused each other of targeting civilian populations and infrastructure since fighting erupted on September 27.
