Tamil actor Vishal has alleged corruption in the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), claiming he paid a bribe of Rs 6.5 lakh to get a censor certificate for his film 'Mark Antony'. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has responded to the allegations, stating that an officer has been deputed to investigate the matter. IFTDA President Ashoke Pandit has demanded the arrest of guilty officials and an end to this trend of extortion.
