Payal Ghosh: Why accused not arrested?

Payal Ghosh filed an FIR against filmmaker Anurag Kashyap of sexual misconduct. The actress was recently summoned by the Versova Police. She was even asked had to undergo a medical test at the Cooper Hospital on Friday. Recently, her lawyer Nitin Satpute took to his Twitter handle to inform that he will be visiting the police station to ask the cops that "why the accused has not been arrested".
