Zac Efron’s travel show is shallow in a good way and a bad way

The lack of scientific basis for that simple voiceover felt alarming and disheartening — all I wanted was a simple, factual travel-slash-food show to binge during this pandemic. Why must I, as the viewer, do the work to filter out this show’s fake science gibberish from fact while watching this?
