KGF 2 producer Karthik on Sanjay's lung cancer

Sanjay Dutt who was recently admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital due to breathlessness has been diagnosed with lung cancer. The Munnabhai star has announced that he would take a break from his work. This, in turn, throws a lot of his films- 'Bhuj', 'Shamshera', 'Prithviraj' and 'KGF 2' in jeopardy.
