Apple increasing production of Apple Watch Series 6, iPad parts in China

Apple has increased production of the Apple Watch Series 6 and Wi-Fi iPad series amidst growing U.S.-China tensions.

Manufacturers tapped included Luxshare Precision Industry for the Apple Watch Series 6 and BYD for the new iPad.Foxconn and Compal Electronics are still primary suppliers for the new products, though according to industry sources, Apple will likely shift more orders to Luxshare and BYD.
