LinkedIn cuts over 700 jobs, exits China app as demand wavers

Microsoft-owned LinkedIn has announced it is to axe 716 jobs due to a decline in demand, and is also closing its China-oriented job application. In his letter to employees, CEO Ryan Roslansky said the company will expand the use of vendors to better serve growing markets and new customers.
