Vietnamese restaurant owners opening bubble tea shop in Dinkytown

The owners of Vietnamese restaurant Pho Mai and another family member are opening a shop offering bubble tea and mochi donuts in a nearby storefront in Minneapolis' Dinkytown neighborhood.
