'Not fiscally responsible': Mayor vetoes bill returning pension control to firefighters

St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson Thursday vetoed legislation returning pension board control to firefighter interests, saying she agreed with other top city officials that the move "is not fiscally responsible."
