PSR names Ruth Wandhöfer as chair

The Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) has today announced the appointment of Dr Ruth Wandhöfer as Chair of the PSR Panel from 1 December 2020. She succeeds Stephen Locke, Independent Adviser.
