A town square dedicated to a living 102-year-old World War II veteran will officially open Thursday in Columbia, Maryland. The Vivian C. "Millie" Bailey Neighborhood Square on Lake Kittamaqundi will open at 10:30 a.m. and serve as the latest chapter in the ongoing $5 billion redevelopment of Downtown Columbia.
