The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade will go on this year, albeit in a “reimagined” form without crowds or balloon wranglers. The 94th annual parade will shift to a television-only event while still showcasing the signature mix of giant character helium balloons, floats, street performers, clowns and, of course, the arrival of Santa Claus. Macy’s said it partnered with the City of New York to create a safe plan to keep the tradition alive, putting in place enhanced health and safety practices…
