D.C. updates list of 'high-risk states' at start of busy week of events, demonstrations

D.C.’s executive order calling for anyone traveling to the District for nonessential activities from places deemed Covid-19 hot spots to self-quarantine has been updated with a list of 30 states it considers high-risk. Delaware — whose southern beaches are popular among Washingtonians — along with Hawaii and South Dakota were added to the list this week.
