Rare 1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo 454 Emerges With Rare Color, Needs Rare Restoration

The early '70s were full of ups and downs from a production perspective for the Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The GM brand produced 145,976 units in 1970, with the SS 454 remaining a popular choice, accounting for 3,823 units. The 1971 model year brought a steep decline for the Monte Carlo.
