[Dabanga] Djibouti / Entebbe / Port Sudan -- The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) yesterday announced their appointment of Hon. Lawrence Korbandy, a South Sudanese diplomat and lawyer, as Special Envoy for Sudan.
