This salad is perfect for a summer lunch or dinner!
The recipe is simple: chop 300g of Chinese cabbage and a bunch of parsley, cut a large cucumber into cubes and 200g of ham.
Prepare the dressing: mix 3 tablespoons of sour cream, the juice of half a lemon, 1 teaspoon of hot mustard, 0.5 teaspoon of Provençal herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
Add dressing and stir.
