Flight from Hong Kong to Mumbai diverted to Thailand

A flight from Hong Kong that was scheduled to land in Mumbai past midnight, in the early hours on Monday, was diverted to Thailand following an emergency on Sunday. Over two and a half hours after the Cathay Airways flight CX-663 left Hong Kong around 8.10 pm (local time), the Boeing 777 aircraft was diverted to Bangkok. According to unconfirmed reports, the flight diverted following a medical emergency.
