Citing declining print volumes, Quad/Graphics closes Nashville plant

Quad/Graphics Inc. has announced it plans to close its Nashville commercial printing plant. The Sussex, Wisconsin-based company on Thursday cited “volume declines” for closing the plant, as well as facilities in Oklahoma City and Fernley, Nevada. The company attributed the decreased volumes in part to “an already challenging retail environment” that has been exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic.
