Liberia: Pres. Boakai Submits Presidential Transition Bill to Guide Future Power Transfer

[FrontPageAfrica] Capitol Hill -- President Joseph Boakai has submitted before the House of Representatives a bill that will govern all transitional activities of the Government of Liberia following the holding of General and Presidential elections.
